Giant chicken egg found in Australia

Six year old Will Dennis was shocked when he discovered a massive 155 gram chicken egg last weekend in his backyard chicken house on his farm in Finniss.

His dad Ben said they are all excited about the discovery, and have contacted the Guinness Book of World Records about their find.

“From my research it is the biggest one in Australia,” Ben said.

“The next biggest I can find on the net in Australia is around 120 grams.”

The family has four chickens on their 14 acre property, and bets are currently being placed on how many yolks there will be inside the egg.

“My money is on three,” Ben said.
